"What did we do before we had the CARE Team? I know that people have always had the same type of problems, but we wouldn't have been able to help them the way that we do now. Each year we spend several thousand dollars helping department members, retirees, surviving spouses, and their families. We could not do this without the contributions that we received and fund raising events such as the golf tournament." ~ Retired Deputy Chief Rachel Whipple
